Product Details

The Lost-and-Found Jacket. A military- inspired hooded workwear jacket.

12 ounce 100% fabric-dyed cotton drill shell in the RICH ESPRESSO colour-way - naturally tear and wind resistant. Paired with triple stitch main seams.

No wash was preferred, as we wish the garment to age with the wearer and collect character over time.

350 gsm quilted 100% cotton fleece lining to ensure warmth and breathability (not seen in carousel post).

Angled snap flap chest pocket adapted to substitute for a traditional kangaroo pocket - typically associated with U.S. M-43 and M-51 field jackets.

Box snap pleat pocket, prevalent in the M-65 field jacket, British Battledress
Heavy duty bronze double zipper.
Heavy weight 100% cotton ribbing.
3 panel arm design ensuring a structured ballooning over the arms.

A western inspired arching back panel design.
Premium embroidery stitching with hidden references, reflecting workwear uniform designs of late.

My Pattern:

An initially boxy look sitting perfectly at the shoulders. Flattering silhouette that emphasises the bagginess of the arms and tapers towards the waist and sits comfortably below the waist (slightly cropped).

Emphasises the shoulders and chest.
Large arm openings to maximise mobility and allow for layering options beneath.

Styling:

Intended to be a statement piece as well as a layering piece.

Sweaters can be worn beneath alongside lightweight pieces such as waffleknits or button ups.

Can be worn under other workwear jackets as well or lightweight jackets to increase depth of your outfit.

Care & Maintenance

This jacket is made from heavy-duty cotton drill, a tightly woven fabric known for its durability and clean wear-in. Built for everyday use, it’s designed to soften over time without losing structure.

Washing Instructions

Machine wash cold with similar colours.
Use a mild, non-bleach detergent.
Turn inside out before washing to reduce surface abrasion.
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve fit and prevent shrinkage.
Do not bleach or dry clean.
If ironing is needed, use a warm iron on the reverse side only.

Fabric Notes

Cotton drill is naturally structured and abrasion-resistant — ideal for hardwearing garments.
Colour may fade slightly over time with regular washing, contributing to a worn-in look.
As a natural fibre, minor shrinkage may occur after the first wash. Pre-wash before hemming if needed.

Tips for Longevity

Spot clean between washes to preserve colour and shape.
Store in a cool, dry place.
For stains, use a soft brush and a mild soap before machine washing.
Avoid excessive heat during drying to maintain fabric integrity.
Made to last. Designed to wear in, not out.

M: Tailored for women and men between the heights 170-181cm.
